This is a superior copy, with vivid hand-drawn outline colors. This map is archivally framed.

This map shows the entire Greek peninsula and Greek islands including the island of Crete. The cartouche is elaborate and highly decorative, with a figure surrounded by things representing knowledge and arts.

Frederick de Wit (1629/30-1706) first set up as a map maker and map seller in Amsterdam circa 1652.
