A lithographed map in full color Size: 16-1/4 inches X 21-3/4 inches at the neat line. Map Type: Pocket This is a good copy, stained by old cello tape adhesive in a few places. A few minor voids at folds. Framed in a 1-1/2 inch burl frame outside dimensions 24-1/4 inches X 31-1/2 inches. This early map of Oklahoma illustrates it after it attained statehood in 1907. The transisiton can be seen from Indian Territory to Oklahoma following the great land rush and the discovery of oil. Congressional District boundaries are numbered and outlined in orange. Projected electrical lines are denoted by orange lines.
