Size: 14-3/4 inches X 20-3/4 inches; Scale: 1 inch = approximately 150 miles.

Map Type: Book

This is a superior copy, with vivid outline colors. Some slight offestting. Framed in a 1-1/2 inch ornate silver frame, outside dimensions are 22 inches X 28 inches.

James Wyld was a Royal Geographer to the Queen and H.R.H. Prince Albert. This large folding map, did not appear in an atlas. This map shows the Republic of Texas in it's "Emory" configuration estabilished in 1844. Oregon appears without it's 54-40 boundry and Indian territory is seen with it's northern boundry at the Canadian border.
