A copper plate engraved map, with hand colored wash. Size: 13.25 inches X 19.5 inches Map Type: City This is a superior copy, with vivid color. A light discoloration near the neat line is present, probably from a former mat. This scene is the Upper Austrian City of Enns which was founded on River Enns. This is a picture of Austria’s oldest City, its records date to 1212. The ancient Enisiburg Castle is pictured on the Georgenberg Hill to the right, and the mid-16th Century Rathaus Tower is pictured on the left.
