Anthony Finley produced a series of fine atlases during the 1820's. He often collaborated with the renowned cartographers and engravers of the Philadelphia area such as J.H. Young and Henry S. Tanner. Finley's work was recognized for it's very high quality as each map is elegantly presented, with crisp and clear engraving and very attractive pastel hand shading.
